Turmeric is no longer reserved for curries. With its unique but subtle flavour, it’s a versatile spice that can complement all kinds of recipes – including ice-cream! This healthy spin on the sweet stuff uses frozen banana to create that creamy consistency we know and love.
You will need
Place all ingredients (aside from those to serve) in a food processor or blender and combine until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Divide the mixture between two serving glasses.
Top with sliced banana, a drizzle of honey and sprinkle of extra turmeric to serve!
