150 grams Raw Cashew Nuts

150 grams Raw Almonds

150 grams Raw Macadamia Nuts

150 grams Raw Peanuts

1 tbsp Macadamia Oil

30 grams Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Almond Oil

50 grams Sunflower Seeds

50 grams Chia Seeds

  • Chia seeds ~ despite their tiny size, they are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They’re loaded with fibre, protein,omega-3 fatty acids and various micro-nutrients.

    Place cashews and almonds into mixing bowl and mill at high speed for 10 seconds. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

    Place macadamias and peanuts into mixing bowl and mill and mill at high speed for 10 seconds.

    Add all remaining ingredients, including reserved milled cashews and almonds, and mix, at half speed for about 20 seconds.

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and mix for a further 10 seconds at half speed.

    Serve immediately or transfer into a sealable container and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
