Roasted garlic & cauliflower sauce

  • Serves 4

  • Prepare in 5 mins

  • Cook in 15 mins

  • Ready in 20 mins.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 10 cloves of roasted garlic

  • 1/2 a cup of bone broth

  • A pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese (dairy or vegan)





HOW TO

  • Steam the cauliflower florets until tender

  • Place the cauliflower, roasted garlic, 1/4 cup of bone broth and cheese in blender, blitz until smooth, adding more bone broth until preferred consistency.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.


NOTES

  • If you do not have bone broth on hand then replace with the cauliflower cooking water.

  • Use with pasta, baked vegetables, meats etc.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge in a glass jar
