Roast garlic & cauliflower sauce

Serves 4

How to

Roast the cauliflower florets & garlic until tender
Place the cauliflower, roasted garlic, 1/4 cup of bone broth and cheese in blender, blitz until smooth, adding more bone broth until preferred consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
NOTES
If you do not have bone broth on hand then replace with the cauliflower cooking water.
 
Use with pasta, baked vegetables, meats etc.
 
Store leftovers in the fridge in a glass jar
