Pineapple & Turmeric

 
200g pineapple pieces  cut into pieces
200g banana, frozen and cut into pieces
100g celery cut into pieces
4 – 6 cm piece fresh turmeric peeled
a piece fresh ginger, peeled
3 sprigs fresh mint, leaves only, plus extra for garnishing
1 lime, flesh only
100g fresh baby spinach leaves 
100g walnuts (soaked or activated)
300 g coconut water, plus up to 200 g extra
 
Place all ingredients into Thermomix or blender and whiz on high.
Add more coconut water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Blissful Beetroot

 
100g beetroot, raw, cut in pieces
100g celery
30g kale stalks removed, leaves roughly chopped
400 – 450g oranges, peeled and quartered
100g apples, cored
100g carrots
 
Place all ingredients into Thermomix or blender and whiz on high.
Serve on ice
