Turmeric Hummus

Enjoy the potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits from this quick and easy dip. Tahini is a great source of calcium.

Ingredients

1 stalk Ginger (use dried if preferred)
1 stalk Turmeric (Can use dried if preferred)
4 cloves Garlic
1/3 cups Tahini
3 tbsps Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Directions

You may like to serve with a slice of my scrumptious seed loaf
